Software for small-group personal training

The relationship is the record.

Most gym software counts money and calls it a member list. Catena is built around the thing that actually keeps people training: somebody noticing when they stop.

Talk to us

It tells you who to talk to this week

Not a dashboard. A short list of people whose training has changed, ranked by how much it has changed against their own normal — so a three-times-a-week member dropping to one is louder than someone who was always occasional.

It knows the months that matter

Everyone writes about the first ninety days. In the gym we built this with, the first ninety days are fine — it is months six to twelve that lose people. Catena measures that from attendance, so it can disagree with the received wisdom.

It is the gym's, not ours

Own domain, own colours, own words. Members sign in at the gym's address and see the gym's name. Our brand is not their members' business.

What it is not

It is not a booking-and-billing platform, and it does not try to replace one. It is small-group personal training, run properly — coaches, squads, sessions, the training log, and the retention work that comes out of them.
